Our hardware acts as a strict gateway that facilitates physical and logical separation. By utilizing separate WAN and LAN ports and configurable firewall rules, we prevent traffic from flowing uncontrolled between the factory network and the office environment, which is essential for compliance with the IEC 62443 standard.

The ServiceGate hardware is designed to establish outbound VPN tunnels via port 443 (HTTPS/TLS). As a result, port forwarding in the local firewall is almost never required. The connection is established from the inside out to our centralized portal, guaranteeing seamless connectivity even behind strict corporate firewalls.

Our Edge Controllers are designed to operate in parallel with the process control. Through data extraction via read-only protocols or mirrored ports, the real-time cycle of the PLC is not affected. For computationally intensive tasks (such as data aggregation), the hardware features dedicated processors to guarantee the stability of the primary control loop.

Yes, in the event of an uplink failure (e.g., 4G or WAN), our controllers can buffer data locally. Once the connection is restored, the buffered data is synchronized with original timestamps via MQTT with QoS levels, preventing data loss in critical monitoring processes.

Absolutely. Our infrastructure is set up for the central management of large numbers of devices. Configuration changes and security patches can be rolled out to the entire fleet via a secure push method, without requiring a physical presence on-site.

These industrial cards offer roaming throughout Europe and automatically select the strongest available network. This means you’re not dependent on a single provider and your installation stays online – even during network disruptions or poor coverage.

We deliver the SIM cards plug-and-play, fully configured for secure data connections via our VPN infrastructure. Thanks to the integration with our management portal, you have immediate insight into data usage, connection status, and can easily manage or block connections remotely.
