Our industrial ServiceGate VPN router – developed in-house – is the extension of your machine(s) or plant(s) and is the heart of the Remote solution. Through the router, you easily and quickly establish a secure connection to your machines or installations, wherever they are in the world. Case & call
Case & call is an administrative function in our software that allows you to explain work on machines in a short report. It is also a convenient service for such things as hourly billing.

Identity Management
At Remote, we work based on Identity & Access Management (IAM) standards following the Authentication, Authorization, Accounting (AAA) protocol:
- Multi-factor authentication for logging users into the system.
- ‘Principle of least privilege’ method for limited user access (authorization) to certain services.
- Keeping track (accounting) of “who, where, when. Remote Engineer knows only the users’ specified e-mail addresses, IP addresses and login times.
The administrator of the license issued by Remote determines who the users are and what level of access these users are granted. We only know the e-mail addresses of the main users.
