The heart of the Remote solution is the industrial ServiceGate VPN router. With this in-house developed router, you set up a secure connection easily and quickly. We supply the ServiceGate in different versions, so there is a solution for every type of controller and network. The built-in firewall ensures optimal protection of your network.

Plug and play

With the ServiceGate router, you can get started right away. With one click, you make a secure connection to your PLC, HMI, building management system, etc. anywhere in the world. Then you manage the machine or plant as if you were standing next to it. Troublesome installation procedures are not an issue: all desired settings are pre-configured and tested. Simply connect & control!

Always online with multi-network SIM cards

Our ServiceGate routers and Edge devices – such as the Smartcontroller and Edge-Controller – can optionally be equipped with multi-network SIM cards. These industrial cards offer roaming throughout Europe and automatically select the strongest available network. This means you’re not dependent on a single provider and your installation stays online – even during network disruptions or poor coverage.

We deliver the SIM cards plug-and-play, fully configured for secure data connections via our VPN infrastructure. Thanks to the integration with our management portal, you have immediate insight into data usage, connection status, and can easily manage or block connections remotely.
