Hoppenbrouwers Techniek also wants to save on travel time by being able to remotely access and manage installations. This allows them to meet their established 24/7 service agreements. The assurance that they are completely “in control” remotely also provides them with the necessary peace of mind.
Solution
The solution consists of providing hardware and developing a proprietary Hoppenbrouwers Techniek environment so that the secure connections are VPN hosted. Such a customized solution is one of our unique specialties.
Realization
We realized Hoppenbrouwers Techniek’s wish with our standard remoting service, including advice on creating authorization levels in our portal. This allows the various locations to be managed and shared. Both our ServiceGate V2 and the 4G LTE router – for when a location needs to be contacted outside the customer’s network – have been deployed. Our solution communicates flawlessly with the BACNET protocols and can be easily connected to legacy controllers, for example, serially.
