Data Monitoring:
Harness the power of data

Collect, analyze, and present data clearly. We have the tools for you.

Data Monitoring Remote Access

Future-oriented Machine Data Monitoring:
from real-time insights to innovative possibilities

Data monitoring is essential for making informed decisions on performance and process optimization. Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data provides the opportunity to improve machines and installations, increase productivity, and significantly save on costs and time.

Remote’s telemetry solutions provide real-time insight into your machines’ vital parameters – from temperature and vibration to energy measurements.

You continuously collect and analyze business-critical data, enabling you to take preventive action against wear patterns and prevent premature failures. The result: increased uptime, optimized maintenance, and lower TCO. This allows you to maintain control, minimize operational risks, and boost your productivity – without complex integrations.

Data collection

Send data to an IoT, Remote, or Cloud platform

Data visualization

Create your dashboards for better insights.

Alarms & events

Receive immediate notifications for issues or when parameters are reached.

Predictive maintenance & Machine learning

Prevent problems.

Collect data and forward as needed

Controllers use various industrial protocols to exchange information. With data logging, we hook into these protocols.

Data collection

We then send the collected data via an encrypted connection to an overhead IoT or cloud platform. This can be the Remote platform, where you can then visualize the data in clear dashboards.

Remote offers the ability to temporarily store data in order to display it in the Portal. This is useful for viewing data quickly and easily.

Do you want to store the data for longer or use it for other purposes? Then you can forward it to another platform such as Microsoft Azure, Google, Amazon AWS, Influx, BlockBax, or your own solution.

Works with virtually all
industrial protocols

BACnet

Monitor energy and comfort performance, optimize control strategies, and report efficiently for GACS.

A platform-independent, secure architecture with semantic information models.

A lightweight protocol for managing and monitoring network and industrial equipment.

MQTT

Lightweight pub/sub protocol that supports IIoT integrations between operational technology and IT/cloud.

IEC 60870-5-104 combines the robust data structure of IEC 101 with modern TCP/IP transport.

Modbus

Modbus is a robust and widely applicable standard for industrial communication.

S7 Protocol

The S7 protocol (developed by Siemens) is a communication protocol for SIMATIC S7 PLCs.

Host Link (RTU)

ASCII-based serial protocol that allows a host to send commands to an Omron PLC.

Other protocols

If you work with other industrial protocols, that can usually be implemented.

Making data clear

With dashboards that you put together yourself: real-time data on performance and wear.

Data visualization

By conveniently presenting the data within our own Remote platform in dashboards – which you can compile yourself – you maintain clear insight into the real-time status of your machine performance and other parameters.

Consider, for example, the condition of parts subject to wear and tear. In the dashboards, you can apply various widgets to display or export the information and data in the appropriate format.

Read how Remote easily demonstrates water quality in swimming pools for Van den Heuvel Watertechnologie via our own Remote platform.

Read how OG Clean Fuels reliably monitors all malfunctions in the Netherlands and Germany with a single dashboard.

Always the first to know

Get instant notifications of deviations and intervene in time.

Alarms & events

The ‘alarms & events’ service notifies you immediately if something is wrong with a machine or if a certain parameter has been reached. This service allows you to act quickly and adequately when necessary, and prevent disruptions.

You can set the priority of an alarm, assign users to receive the alarm, and determine how notifications are sent: via email, text message or push notifications on your smartphone.

Identify problems before they arise

Predictive maintenance & machine learning help you stay ahead of problems: you spot patterns in your machines to predict defects and automatically resolve them before they incur costs.

Predictive maintenance

Predictive maintenance uses a mathematical calculation to recognize patterns in the state of the machine. In this way, it is possible to reliably predict when a machine will become defective. Based on that, you can take early action, prevent downtime and improve maintenance and repair processes.

Machine learning

Machine learning goes one step further. It is a technique that applies artificial intelligence (AI) to allow systems to automatically learn and make decisions without human intervention.

We are happy to help you enable predictive maintenance and/or machine learning in your industrial equipment.
