Client service
Your employee will have access to any location associated with his or her account after authorization within the system. This only requires installing the free client service. From the moment of login, you can easily access any location for which authorization has been issued. No additional software is needed to handle authorization and any Internet browser will do.
Web portal
With our web portal, you determine who has access to a machine or installation and to what level. This handy tool thus allows you to safely manage all projects. For example, easily share access to your locations with fellow companies also using the Remote Engineer platform.
Convenient web app
With the Remote Engineer web app, you easily start an online session from your web browser. So you can use your smartphone, tablet or PC to connect to your locations anytime, anywhere. The app offers several features. For example, you can set up notification profiles that automatically send you notifications – “notifications” – about the online status of your machines or installations. Also, when a connection is not available within your defined time period, you will automatically receive a notification.
