The type of companies and organisations for which remote access has specific value can be split in three wider groups:

1. Machine builders/OEM’s and (internal) product support teams: solutions to enable maintenance, trouble shooting devices or equipment remotely;
2. Infrastructure operators and service providers: solutions to connect all physical and information assets remotely for the support of day-to-day production and control;
3. Industrial operators: solutions to collect data from several industrial processes and feed MES and ERP systems.
